Writer Service Agreement – WriterProx

At WriterProx, we believe in professionalism, clarity, and ethical collaboration. This Writer Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) establishes the terms between WriterProx (the Company) and the Writer, who provides writing services on behalf of the Company.

By accepting assignments or signing this Agreement, the Writer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined below.

Our goal is to maintain excellence in every project. This Agreement ensures that both the Company and the Writer work together with transparency, responsibility, and trust.

1. Scope of Work

Provide High-Quality, Original Content Across Multiple Formats

The Writer agrees to create custom-written content that aligns with the Company’s instructions and quality standards. Each task must be:

·       Fully original and plagiarism-free

·       Professionally researched

·       Well-written and aligned with the Company’s guidelines

·       Delivered with accuracy and attention to detail

Content Types May Include:

·       Essays & Academic Assignments

·       Research Papers & Reports

·       Blog Posts & Articles

·       White Papers

·       Business Plans

·       Website & Marketing Content

·       Any text-based material requested by the Company

Every piece must reflect professionalism and uphold WriterProx’s quality expectations.

2. Writer’s Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

Deliver well-researched, original, plagiarism-free content according to the Company’s specifications.

Research Accuracy

Ensure all information is credible, accurate, and up-to-date.

Formatting & Citations

Follow the required formatting style (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.) with proper references.

Meeting Deadlines

Assignments must be submitted on time. Any delays must be communicated in advance.

Revisions

The Writer must revise work when requested to meet required standards.

Confidentiality

All client information, project files, and internal communications must remain strictly confidential and may not be shared with any third party.

3. Fees & Payments

Rates

Payment rates will be agreed upon before the start of each project. Rates may vary based on complexity and length.

Payment Process

Payments will be issued after submission and acceptance of the work.
Payment method will be mutually agreed between both parties.

Extra Charges for Scope Changes

If the Company requests revisions outside the original instructions, additional payment may apply.

4. Content Ownership

Transfer of Rights

Once full payment is made, all rights, ownership, and copyright to the submitted work transfer to the Company.

The Company may edit, publish, or use the content without further approval.

Portfolio Use

The Writer may use the content in their portfolio only if they remove all identifying company or client information.

5. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

The Writer must protect all confidential information, including:

·       Client data

·       Company policies & processes

·       All drafts, documents, and written materials

No content or information may be shared or reproduced elsewhere.

6. Independent Contractor Status

The Writer is an independent contractor, not an employee.
This means the Writer is responsible for:

·       Their own taxes

·       Personal insurance

·       Benefits

·       Professional conduct

The Company is not liable for any actions outside assigned work.

7. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the Agreement through written notice.

If the Writer is working on a project at the time of termination, they must complete and submit the assignment and will be paid for completed work.

The Company may terminate immediately if the Writer:

·       Misses deadlines repeatedly

·       Submits low-quality or plagiarized work

·       Violates any terms of this Agreement

8. Revisions, Refunds & Quality

If work does not meet the agreed quality or instructions, the Company may:

·       Request revisions

·       Reject the work

·       Withhold payment

·       Request a refund in severe cases

In any dispute regarding content or payment, the Company’s decision will be final.

9. Legal Compliance

The Writer must comply with:

·       Copyright laws

·       Professional writing standards

·       All relevant legal requirements

Plagiarism or copyright violations are strictly prohibited.

10. Amendments

The Company may modify or update this Agreement at any time.
Acceptance of new assignments after changes indicates the Writer’s agreement to the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the Company’s operating region.
Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate local courts.

12. Writer’s Acceptance of Terms

By accepting an assignment, submitting work, or beginning services, the Writer confirms they:

·       Have read this Agreement

·       Understand all terms

·       Accept and agree to comply with every clause.
